Established, respected, successful international Personal Care Products company seeks a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to take charge of optimizing sales operations, providing analytics and insights, and managing forecasting across three sales channels: Medical, Salons, and Independent Retailers. This role demands extensive data analysis skills, and the capacity to derive actionable insights to fuel commercial success.

Responsibilities (Overview-Partial)
Across Three Sales Channels: Medical, Salons, & Independent Retailers

  • Automate and utilize analytics tools to present it in a usable form (reports, summaries, dashboards)
  • Make recommendations and drive strategic decision-making (Data-driven strategy)
  • Develop and oversee precise sales forecasts at the SKU level
  • Align with cross-functional teams to coordinate inventory management
  • Establish effective reporting systems to track KPIs
  • Report Sales performance, inventory status, and customer behavior trend reports
  • Field Sales Incentive Compensation (IC) results and analysis + oversees and validates IC payout
  • Captures and updates results for all Field Sales Incentive contests
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and continuously monitor trends
  • Contribute to the development of the annual budget all channels
  • Manages all aspects of Veeva new input and output communications to and from the sales team
  • Acts as the key point of contact for the sales team for data, reports, and analysis.

Requirements (Overview-Partial)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field a plus
  • Experience in operations, sales force interaction, analytics and forecasting across multiple channels
  • Proven expertise in analytics tools and methodologies across various channels
  • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex data clearly and concisely
  • Knowledge of inventory management, sales forecasting, and operations across multiple channels
