Growing, innovative, entrepreneurial Medical Aesthetics company seeks a District Sales Manager to promote their line of high-value energy-based Aesthetic equipment to Medi-Spas, Dermatologists, and Plastic Surgeons within the New York territory (see “Territory Information” in the Key Points section below). This firm has a seasoned management team, a dynamic business model, and in-demand products providing real, clinically-validated Aesthetic solutions.
The company has an expansive line of Aesthetic equipment/platforms/modalities. Applications and treatments include skin rejuvenation, wrinkle reduction, improved skin texture, tattoo removal, hair removal, body contouring, stretch marks, skin tightening, women’s health, muscle toning, spider veins, vascular, shrinking pores, acne reduction and scar remediation, pigmentation, crepey skin reduction, and more.
The District Sales Manager will have dual role 1) achieving individual sales goals for territory and 2) providing leadership to one or more Territory Managers (TMs, lead generation) that will form a united team for the territory.
Position Description (Brief Overview)
- Prospect and identify new account opportunities
- Achieve targeted sales goals and objectives within the territory
- Consult with physicians regarding product benefits to patient, and ROI to practice
- Direct Territory Manager(s) as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
- Aesthetic Capital/Laser sales experience
- Aesthetic sales experience calling on Derms/Plastics/Med-Spa
- Can provide leadership and direction to Territory Manager(s)
