Established, well-respected, successful Northern New Jersey-based Cosmeceutical company seeks a National Sales Trainer to drive the implementation, continued development, and execution of a professional Sales Training Program supporting the firm’s field sales organization. This position involves both development and delivery of sales training curriculum. This business has a highly-regarded line of popular, innovative, science-based (clinically supported) Cosmeceutical products that are directly dispended by aesthetic physicians to their patients. This position is an expansion role due to the organization’s continued growth.

This is a Northern New Jersey-based position. (Relocation is available.)

The firm has decades of history of being an innovator, with compelling product technology addressing the full range of aesthetic and therapeutic skin health. Product categories include: skin brightening, skin rejuvenation, under-eye, neck cream, specialty vitamin C-based serums, skin hydration, sun screens and more. The firm is exceedingly stable, has a strong management team, and impressive research and development. Their pipeline for new Aesthetic products is substantial and they are well positioned for continued growth.

 

Position Description (Brief Overview)

This position is solely dedicated to sales training for the sales organization. (Not focused on physician office training.)

  • This role is involves both curriculum development and delivery
  • Partners with Sales and Marketing, learns needs–develops sales training to meet needs
  • Delivers sales training to equip sales team with knowledge to successfully promote products
  • Develops advanced sales training programs and competitive selling modules
  • Assess current field-facing issues
  • New Hire training, new product sales training
  • Deliver online training and webinars (MS Teams, Zoom, others), PowerPoint
  • Travel up to 25%, participate in National and Regional Sales Meetings, trade shows, events

 

Qualifications/Requirements (Brief Overview)

  • Experience in a dedicated educator role in aesthetics mandatory
  • Experience as a field sales trainer
  • Exceptional knowledge of skin care/science, ingredient, formulations a plus
  • Experience with aesthetic medical devices a plus
  • Extraordinary presentation skills, personable: able to fully engage audience
  • Aesthetician license a plus but not required
