Rapidly growing, successful, innovative Aesthetics Company seeks an experienced sales representative to promote their Cosmeceutical products to Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and other physician practices in the Long Island territory (see Territory info in “Key Points” section below).

The company has an extensive line of uniquely-positioned, inventive, science-based (clinically supported) cosmeceutical products that are directly dispensed by doctors to their patients. Product categories include: skin brightening, skin rejuvenation, under-eye, neck cream, specialty vitamin C-based serums, skin hydration, sun screens and more. Their pipeline for new Aesthetic products is substantial.

 

Position Description (Brief Overview)

  • Prospect and open new accounts
  • Grow business with existing accounts
  • Demand Creation: Drive and increase sell-through of Cosmeceutical products within physician practice by developing and executing marketing programs that create patient demand and awareness
  • Gain market share for RX products
  • Achieve targeted sales goals and objectives within the territory

 

Qualifications/Requirements (Brief Overview, One or More of Below)

  • Direct-to-physician sales experience (Dermatology/Plastic Surgery) with Cosmeceuticals/Aesthetics
  • Specialty Dermatology experience plus B2B sales experience
  • Excellent knowledge and relationships with Dermatologists/Plastic Surgeons in territory
  • A superstar in the Beauty/Skincare segment ready to advance to physician sales

  • Territory: All of Long Island, including Brooklyn and Queens; candidate should live in the territory (or have very close access to it–with experience covering the territory)
  • Compensation: $95-105K Base, plus $45K Commission annual opportunity at plan, uncapped, (accelerators for above-plan performance, top reps make $90-100K+ annually in Commission)
