Opportunity

Entrepreneurial, growing, successful Medical Aesthetics company seeks an Territory Manager (Sales Representative) to promote their line of products to Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons within the Kansas City-St. Louis territory (see “Territory Information” in the Key Points section below). This firm has a seasoned management team, a dynamic business model, and a sales-centric culture.

The company has an expansive line of Aesthetic equipment/platforms and applications include Facial Sculpting and Symmetry, Firming, Tightening-Lifting, Double Chin/Neck and Body Skin Tightening, Hair Removal, Acne, Scar Remediation, and more.

The selected candidate will be in an excellent mentorship program and will work closely with the local Area Sales Manager. In approximately 12-18 months, with success, the Territory Manager could be in a position to be promoted to additional responsibility and become an Area Sales Manager (Senior Sales Representative) with potential for higher income.

 

Position Description (Brief Overview)

  • Prospect and identify new account opportunities
  • Achieve targeted sales goals and objectives within the territory
  • Consult with physicians regarding product benefits to patient, and ROI to practice
  • Assist the Area Sales Manager as needed

 

Qualifications/Requirements (One or more of below)

  • Outside business-to-business sales (copier sales experience a plus)
  • Capital equipment sales is a plus, medical sales is a plus
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to move and transport 100-200 lbs lasers from time to time
  • This role will require the candidate to participate in some evening and weekend events
